Shetkari Niwas
Built in 1989 to host the farmers who came to learn from our nursery — now opened to guests. Ground-level rooms with senior-friendly bathrooms, traditional Konkani layout, room for four. The slowest, quietest corner of the farm.

Tulasi Vrindavan
A small Konkani cottage under a Mangalorean tiled roof, named for the tulsi plant at its courtyard. Built for two — a clean room, a double bed, the sound of birds at first light. No frills, no minibar, no TV.

Bamboo Hut
A couple's room at the quiet edge of the orchard. The outside wears the textures of traditional rural building; the inside is clean, sealed and properly comfortable — AC when you want it and cross-ventilation when you don't. Rural in spirit, without the trade-offs.

Coconut Log House
The walls wear sliced coconut bark — the skin of the trunk, cut thin and laid by hand over the structure. It's the old coastal look done as a tribute, wrapped around a room that's clean, sealed and fully comfortable: a double bed, an attached bathroom with hot water, AC, and a porch facing the trees.

Machaan Hut
What guests call the treehouse. Lifted on stilts among the spice plantation and mango trees, with a ladder up and a small relaxation area below. One double bed, room for an extra person, and a view across the trees you won't get from any other room here.

Loft Hut
An elevated hut with a double bed on the main floor and two more on a mezzanine reached by an internal staircase. Children claim the upper level within thirty seconds of walking in. Sleeps four — built for the kind of family where the kids want their own corner.
